Yes, we would be happy to open the 415 Lounge bar for your event. We can do cash bar, open bar or both. You cannot bring alcohol on property.
Yes, you may have alcohol at your event if purchased from Manor 415/415 Lounge.
To reserve Manor 415 for your event, please contact us via email at events@manor415.com or fill out our online booking form. A signed contract and 25% deposit is required to hold your date. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

- Events with more than 150 guests will be charged a cleaning fee of $150
- You may change the number of tables and chairs for each option, up to max amount shown for the option you pick.
- Microphone available upon request.
- Music can be played from your smartphone through the overhead speakers.
- The ending time of your event is including clean up time. Your event should be over and cleaned up at the time stated on your contract. You will be responsible for clearing all surfaces of decorations and debris using trash cans provided. We will provide extra bags for your use as needed.
- For all events that alcohol will be present, with over 50 people attending, between the hours of 7:00PM -12:00AM, must have hired security present. Security will be quoted based on your event time, date, attendance and other details.
- All events booked require a refundable deposit.
- Events booked that will have alcohol and/or will be held during the hours of 7:00PM - 12AM require the purchase of event specific insurance. We will give you instructions.
- All events, hosts, organizers, attendees, guests, etc. must follow all Manor 415, LLC policies.
- All events, hosts, organizers, attendees, guests, etc. must follow all city, county, state and federal laws and ordinances.
- Manor 415, LLC reserves the right to change and/or amend it's pricing, policies and procedures.
- Event changes or cancelations, have fees associated and may include forfeiture of payments and deposits made to Manor 415, LLC. These fees and forfeitures will be in your contract.
